Painted - latex based paint and is EASILY scratched off (will require stripping and sanding for an additional fee)

20 years or older and is gummy with grease residue in areas (requires an additional cleaning fee)

Quote is for labor only as we do not supply ANY hardware. Client must supply hardware on start date.
